Preparation :
Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the smoked bacon until golden and crispy. Reserve.
In the same pan, cook the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side.
Slice the onion and garlic, then add them to the pan. Brown for 2 minutes.
Add the heavy cream and mustard, salt and pepper. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the bacon and mix well. If desired, add grated cheese and let it melt.
Serve hot with vegetables or pasta.
