Honey Lemon Chicken Fingers

Preparation:
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Add the chicken strips and cook for about 8 minutes, until well golden brown.
In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, honey, soy sauce and thyme.
Pour sauce over chicken strips and let simmer for 5-7 minutes to thicken sauce.
Salt and pepper to your liking, then serve the aguillets with honey lemon sauce.
Total time: 20 minutes
