Preheat the pan before adding food

To prevent the food from sticking to the pan and to achieve a crispy golden crust, make sure the frying oil is heated enough. When you drop the food into the pan, the outside of the meal shrinks immediately, preventing it from sticking or breaking.

Using Flour

Another method for frying food without oil spray and the pan itself is to use flour. You can cover the outside of the food with flour (or frying flour). The flour will absorb the majority of the water on the outside of the food, preventing the water from contacting the oil and causing it to splatter. Coating the food with a thin layer of flour also makes it crispier.

Another option is to wait for the oil to heat before adding a teaspoon of flour to the pan. Using chopsticks, swirl the flour until it covers the bottom of the pan. Then add the meal and cook as usual.
