Preparation :
Marinade: Sprinkle the fish and shrimp with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Let it rest.
Preparation of the Stew: Brown the onion, garlic and peppers in palm oil. Add the sliced tomatoes and let simmer.
Cooking: Add the coconut milk, fish and shrimp. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
Garnish and Serving: Sprinkle with coriander and serve with rice.
