Broccoli Patties: A Delicious Way to Enjoy Vegetables

Preparation :
Cooking the broccoli: Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes, until tender. Drain them well and let them cool slightly.
Preparation of the dough: In a salad bowl, mash the broccoli with a fork to obtain a coarse texture. Add the eggs, grated cheese, flour and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper, then mix well until you obtain a smooth paste.
Cooking the pancakes: Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Form small patties with the dough and place them in the pan. Cook them for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until golden and crispy.
Serving: Serve the broccoli patties hot, accompanied by a yogurt sauce or a green salad for a light and tasty meal.
Trick :
For an even more delicious version, add some fresh herbs such as chives or parsley to the preparation.
