Preparation of the dough:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Melt the rest of the butter in a saucepan to get some hazelnut butter, then let it cool slightly.
In a large bowl, whisk egg with sugar, then incorporate hazelnut butter, flour, yeast and cinnamon. Mix it up well.
Assembling the fondant:
Butter individual molds and pour the batter.
Place caramelized apples in the center of each fondant.
Add a few bits of pecan for extra crunch if you like.
Bake for 20-25 minutes. The surface may be golden and slightly sealed, but the interior must remain melting.
