Preparation :
Mix the minced meat with the spices, garlic, salt and pepper. Make meatballs.
Heat the olive oil in a tagine and fry the onion and garlic until soft.
Add the tomatoes, tomato paste and hot water. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
Add the meatballs, potato slices and olives.
Cover and cook over low heat for about 35-40 minutes, until the potatoes are tender and the meatballs are cooked.
Sprinkle with fresh coriander before serving.
