Apple Fondant Cake: A Soft and Fruity Dessert!

Instructions :Preparing the oven and mold:

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Butter and lightly flour a cake pan.

Preparing the apples:

Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices. You can also cut them into small cubes if you prefer.

Preparation of the dough:

In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture whitens and becomes foamy. Add the melted butter and vanilla extract, then mix.

Adding the dry ingredients:

In another bowl, mix the flour, yeast and pinch of salt. Incorporate this mixture into the previous preparation, alternating with the milk to obtain a homogeneous paste.
