- Two kilos of grapes

Preparation Steps:
- Wash and Prepare Grapes: Start by washing the grapes thoroughly and removing them from their stems. Choose any grape variety based on your preference.
- Prepare and Sterilize Jars: Ensure the jars are clean, sterilized, and thoroughly dried before use. Proper preparation is key to preserving the grapes effectively.
- Transfer Grapes to Jars: Pat the washed grapes dry with kitchen paper and transfer them into the prepared jars. Spread them evenly for optimal preservation.
- Add Sugar and Water: In each jar, sprinkle approximately twenty grams of sugar. Then, fill the jars with room temperature water, ensuring the grapes are fully submerged.
- Cooking Process: Seal the jars tightly and place them upside-down in a pot on the stove. Fill the pot halfway with water and bring it to a boil over a lively flame. Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium and continue cooking for fifteen minutes. Allow the grapes to rest in the hot water for several hours.
