Breaded zucchini

METHOD
Cut the zucchini into circles. Transfer them to the bowl, salt and mix well with your hands. Cover with aluminum foil and let rest for 15 minutes.
In a bowl, add the eggs, yogurt, season with salt and mix. Add the flour and mix well.
Coat the zucchini with flour and then dip them in the egg mixture. Fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
