Apple Flan, Greek Yogurt and Almonds
Ingredients :

4 apples
500 g of natural Greek yogurt
3 eggs
120 g of sugar
1 tbsp. tablespoon of flour
150 ml of milk
50 g flaked almonds
1 tbsp. teaspoon cinnamon powder
Instructions :
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Peel the apples and cut them into cubes. Brown them in a pan with a little sugar and cinnamon until they are tender.
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar and Greek yogurt.
Add the flour and milk, then mix well.
