Cheesy Hasselback Potatoes

Ingredients :

  • 4 large russet potatoes🥔
    1/4 cup of melted butter 1/4
    1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese 🧀
    1/2 cup grated parmesan 🧀
    2-3 minced garlic cloves ail
    1 teaspoon of fresh thyme leaves 🌿
    Salt and pepper to taste it
    Fresh parsley for garnish 🌿
    Instructions :

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 🍽️

Prepare the potatoes: wash and rub the potatoes. Cut them into thin cuts, about 1/4 inch apart, making sure you don’t cut all the way through the potato – leave about 1/4 inch –

Season the potatoes: Place the potatoes on the prepared baking sheet. Melted butter on the potatoes, making sure you slice the butter. Sprinkle salt, pepper and minced garlic. 🌱

Potatoes Bake: Cook the potatoes in a preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and crispy edges. 🌟

Add cheese: remove the potatoes from the oven and sprinkle cheddar and Parmesan into sliced potatoes. Bake them for 10 to 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and golden brown. 🧀
