White fabrics are never lacking in our wardrobes, whether they are T-shirts, shirts or underwear, they are excellent for the summer months and easily combine with other colors.

However, their big drawback is that they tend to yellow very easily, especially items that are stored for a long time or due to products such as deodorants or certain perfumes.

That is why we have compiled a list of the 6 best tips to remove yellowish stains from white clothes . These are tips based on easy-to-find ingredients and within everyone’s reach.

Bleach
Bleach is one of the best options for whitening whites and removing yellow stains. You can apply this trick in both machine and hand wash, but only on cotton, polyester or nylon garments (not silk or linen).

If you wash in the machine, in addition to the normal dose of detergent, also add 100 ml of bleach to the compartment provided for this purpose. If you wash by hand, pour 100 ml of bleach into 10 liters of cold water, soak the laundry for about 20 minutes, then wash normally. Always use rubber gloves and a mask.

Baking soda
This is one of the most used and effective bleaching products, in addition to being ecological and safe for our health. Combined with vinegar, its power is doubled.

Wet the stained garment with water, then sprinkle baking soda directly on the stain and scrub well with a toothbrush. Let the baking soda sit for 30 minutes. Finally, wash your garment normally.

White vinegar
Known to be an excellent natural softener and capable of disinfecting surfaces, vinegar is also effective against yellowish stains on white clothes.
