Here’s how it’s done:
First, preheat the oven to 190 °C and grease a springform pan with a little butter.
Now beat the butter with vanilla sugar, sugar and a little salt until fluffy. Then gradually stir in the eggs.
Now add the flour, baking powder and vanilla pudding powder and mix well, gradually adding the milk.
Now wash, peel and core the apples and cut them into pieces as desired. Fold the apple pieces into the batter using a dough scraper.
Finally, fill the batter with the apple pieces into the rectangular springform pan and bake on the middle shelf for 40 to 50 minutes
