* Sieve flour in a large bowl

* Add all the dry ingredients and mix well (salt, baking powder, sugar, )

* Cut butter into cubes and rub into flour till it resembles breadcrumbs

* Add the eggs, vanilla essence and half the Yoghurt as you may not need all of it

* Mix to form a soft dough

* Sprinkle flour on your worktop roll the dough out and cut using a cutter (if you don’t have a cutter use a cup or anything round)

* Transfer onto a greased tray and brush tops with egg

* Bake 15-20mins or until risen and golden brown on top.
