Lemon Butter Salmon with Crispy Potatoes and Broccoli

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes.

Add broccoli and roast for another 10 minutes.

In a skillet, melt butter, garlic, lemon zest, and juice. Sear salmon for 3-4 minutes per side.

Serve salmon over crispy potatoes and broccoli, drizzled with the lemon-butter sauce.
