1 to 1.5 pounds ground beef
One 10.5-ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
One 10.5-ounce can condensed cream of cheddar cheese soup
3 cups frozen diced potatoes
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
2. Cook the minced meat, drain it and then place it in a large bowl.
3. Mix in the cream of mushroom and cheddar cheese soup cans.
4. Add frozen diced potatoes, 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese, salt and pepper. Combine well.
5. Place in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and cover with foil.
5. Bake for 30 minutes, remove foil and bake for another 30 minutes.
