Variations & Tips
For a bit of extra flavor, you can add a packet of taco seasoning to the beef for a Mexican twist. If you have picky eaters who aren’t fans of mushrooms, substitute the cream of mushroom soup with cream of chicken or cream of celery. You can also sneak in some vegetables like peas, corn, or carrots into the beef mixture for added nutrition. For a cheesy delight, sprinkle more cheddar or try mixing in some mozzarella.
