Choose foods rich in magnesium. Magnesium deficiency can cause cramps and muscle spasms. Eat magnesium-rich foods such as spinach, asparagus and lettuce. Selenium is also good for you and is found in onions, garlic, cabbage, oranges, cucumbers and apples.
Natural supplements. Some supplements such as chlorophyll, spirulina and aloe vera juice help fight fatigue caused by fibromyalgia and keep the body free of toxins.
Avoid wheat, oats, rye and barley. Some studies have found some links between fibromyalgia and celiac disease.
Do physical activities regularly to achieve excellent muscle tone. Go for walks, cycle, swim and do yoga.
