1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 casserole dish with butter or cooking spray.
2. Cook and drain cauliflower.
3. Mix sour cream, cheese, bouillon, and mustard; combine with cauliflower in a greased baking dish.
4. Toast stuffing mix and nuts in butter in a skillet.
