Ingredients for 4 portions:
1 duck (fresh or frozen, approx. 2800 g)
2 sour apples (e.g. Boskoop)
1 pack of pitted prunes
1 jar of red cabbage
Fresh herbs: rosemary, thyme, marjoram
Salt and pepper to taste
Some sugar
1 kg potatoes
Some flour
1 onion
Clarified butter or cracklings
2 bay leaves
Cranberries from the jar
