β 1 large piece of fresh ginger (about 2 inches), sliced or grated
β 4 cups of water
β Juice of 1 lemon (boosts detoxification & fat loss) π

π 1. Boil 4 cups of water.
π 2. Add sliced or grated ginger and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
