The gusset provides a soft and comfortable lining to protect against the friction of synthetic materials, bacteria and sweat . So, if you don’t have the budget for silk underwear, make sure all your underwear has a lining, even if it’s made of non-synthetic material (like cotton), as it’s absolutely essential for your hygiene.
Wearing comfortable and breathable underwear ensures that you stay dry and friction-free, thus avoiding unpleasant scenarios of infection and other forms of skin irritation . Of course we love our beautiful laces, or laces. But it might be better to wear them less often, as they are not designed to be worn for long periods of time . And of course, make sure there is a gusset in the other underwear!
