Check your posture

Loosening of the shoulders and round back can cause constriction of blood vessels and nerve endings throughout the back and neck. This can cause or increase joint stiffness and increase muscle pain and muscle tension.

Even if you maintain good posture while driving, you may experience muscle cramps and stiffness from staying in one position for a long time. Therefore, try to adjust your posture slightly to switch the pressure areas on your back. You can also take turns driving with a passenger with you if possible.
Avoid lifting heavy objects

Lifting heavy objects or weights, such as boxes and suitcases, can strain your back muscles significantly. This can also lead to muscle tearing, causing severe pain.

If your job requires lifting heavy objects or heavy weights, be sure to protect your back by lifting objects properly. The best way to lift heavy objects from the floor is to squat and lift with your legs and not with your back.
Stay hydrated

Staying hydrated is absolutely essential for your overall health. In addition, staying hydrated greatly reduces the likelihood of back cramps and painful muscle spasms in your legs. To avoid this, always keep a bottle of water with you in your car, especially on long trips.
