7 Day Egg and Cucumber Diet:
Day 1:

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs + sugar-free hot drink
Lunch: Rich cucumber salad +
fish carpaccio Dinner: Cucumber smoothie + 1
hard-boiled egg Day 2:

Breakfast: Tofu and mushroom omelet + sugar-free hot drink + 3 nuts
