⁣Preparation:

1. Cook the pasta al dente.
2. Put the chopped onion over medium heat in a large skillet with the butter. Let it cook little by little.
3. When the onion is transparent, add the chopped bacon and let it cook for 10 minutes.
4. Then add the heavy cream, salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
5. Turn off the heat and add the pasta al dente. Mix and add the 2 beaten egg yolks and the grated Parmesan cheese.
6. It incorporates everything very well.
