  1. Prepare the ingredients  : Peel and cut the pumpkin, apples and carrots into small pieces.
  2. Blend  : Add the pumpkin, apples, carrots, and lemon juice to a blender. Add a little water to blend the ingredients well.
  3. Sweeten (optional)  : Add honey or any other sweetener of your choice if you want a sweeter juice.
  4. Strain (optional)  : If you prefer a smooth juice, strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer.
  5. Serving  : Pour the juice into a glass and serve chilled, or with ice cubes for a more refreshing experience.

3. Spiced Pumpkin Juice

Ingredients  :

  • 2 cups pumpkin (peeled and cubed)
  • 1 to 2 cups of water or coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • A pinch of ground nutmeg (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • A squeeze of fresh lemon juice

Instructions  :

  1. Prepare the pumpkin  : Peel and cut the pumpkin into small pieces.
  2. Mix  : In a blender, add the pumpkin pieces, water (or coconut water), cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and maple syrup or honey (if using).
  3. Blend until  smooth. You can adjust the consistency by adding water if necessary.
  4. Add Lemon  : Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice for a burst of freshness.
  5. Serve  : Pour the spiced pumpkin juice into a glass and serve chilled.
