What to do: Opt for foods that support liver function, such as artichoke, black radish, or lemon. Avoid alcohol and refined sugars, which further strain the liver.

Persistent acne, redness, eczema, dull complexion… Your skin is a mirror of your internal state. If your liver struggles to eliminate toxins, they can build up and cause skin problems.
Tip: Drink an infusion of milk thistle or dandelion, two plants known for their detoxifying action on the liver. Also consider incorporating omega-3 (oily fish, flax seeds) to nourish your skin from the inside.
