GYAN MUDRA FOR HEALING (KNOWLEDGE MUDRA):
How to do it:
Sit peacefully in a lotus posture and keep your hand on the knee, then touch the tip of the thumb with the tip of your index finger and leave the other three fingers free, whether straight or close together.

VAYU MUDRA (AIR MUDRA):
How to do it:
Bend your index finger toward your palm and press down with the base of your thumb. Keep the rest of your three fingers extended as much as possible.

This yoga mudra eliminates excess gas from your body.
It can help you relieve many problems such as: flatulence, constipation, cervical spondylitis, arthritis, etc.
PRITHVI MUDRA FOR HEALING (EARTH MUDRA):
How to do it:
Touch the tip of your ring finger to the tip of your thumb, then press the two fingers together, leaving the other fingers spread apart.
Benefits:
This mudra gesture balances the Earth element in your body.
It improves your body weight, blood circulation, digestion and problems associated with vitamin deficiency.
AGNI MUDRA (FIRE MUDRA):
How to do it:
It is related to the fire element in your body. Close the ring finger towards your palm and press the second phalanx with the base of the thumb. Keep the rest of the fingers extended. Do it early in the morning on an empty stomach to get the best results. If you are suffering from acidity, do not do this Agni mudra!

JAL MUDRA (VARUNA MUDRA / WATER MUDRA):
How to do it:
This is the basic yoga mudra. Simply touch your little finger to the tip of your thumb and press down! Then, keep the rest of your fingers straight. The preferred position is to sit cross-legged.
