Cheese and salmon puff pastry spoons: your appetizer even more special!

Itinerary:

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C/374°F.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into spoonfuls. Brush each pastry spoon with egg wash (egg yolk beaten with milk) and garnish with sesame seeds.
  3. Place the spoon on a tube of aluminum foil as shown in the video. Bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve each ball with cream cheese, a piece of salad and a slice of rolled salmon.
