1 container refrigerated cookie dough (16 ounces)
12 1-inch pieces mozzarella cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced 4 tablespoons butter
, melted 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
First step is to preheat the oven to about 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius). Before setting aside, grease a muffin tin.
2. Press each cookie dough ball into a ball and top with a cube of mozzarella cheese. Carefully wrap the cheese in the dough, making sure to seal all sides.
3. Melt the butter and mix with the minced garlic and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
Roll each cookie bomb in grated Parmesan cheese after dipping it in the butter mixture. Place one bomb in each muffin tin.
5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in a preheated oven or until golden brown.
6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a while before serving. While still warm, dip in the marinara sauce and serve.
