If you want to go further and access a wide range of channels without an antenna, IPTV is an interesting alternative. But what can you do when you have a television that doesn’t connect to the Internet?

1. Using an HDMI box or dongle with an adapter

If your TV has an HDMI input, you can use an  Android TV box ,  Fire Stick  , or  Chromecast . These devices allow you to install free IPTV apps and stream content. For older TVs that only have a Scart or RCA socket, an  HDMI to RCA adapter  will do the trick.

2. Turn an old PC into an IPTV center

A slightly old laptop can be recycled into an IPTV player by installing software like  VLC Media Player  or  Kodi . Simply connect it to the TV via an HDMI or VGA cable and add an IPTV playlist to access online channels.
