Preheat the oven.
Knead the ground beef with salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, egg, and paprika.
Place half of it in the center of a greased baking dish, leaving some space around the edges. Slice the feta cheese and place it on top of the ground beef. Place the other half of the ground beef on top, covering the cheese. Form a loaf.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Arrange the potato slices around the meatloaf and sprinkle with a little salt. Pour the cream mixed with the broth over the potatoes, ensuring they are well covered. If you like, season the potato and cream mixture with nutmeg, but it’s also fine without.
Bake for about 1 hour at 200°C.
