You will need:
- 50 ml hydrogen peroxide (3%)
- 3 tablespoons of sodium bicarbonate
- 1 piece of laundry soap
Procedure
In a plastic bottle, mix the hydrogen peroxide with the sodium bicarbonate and the finely grated soap. Stir the ingredients until the soap is completely dissolved, thus obtaining a thick foam.
Cleaning of the detergent drawer
Take the drawer out of the washing machine and place it in a sink. Pour the foam into the drawer and let it stand for half an hour. Then clean it with a sponge and, for hard-to-reach areas, use a brush or cotton ball. Finally, rinse with clean water and allow to dry.
As you may have noticed, it only takes about 30 minutes to clean the drawer of the washing machine. However, you will notice a significant improvement in the quality of the washing.
