Instructions:
Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Butter a rectangular baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
Prepare the dough:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and kefir until well blended.
Sift the flour and baking powder into the egg mixture and whisk until smooth.
Prepare the vegetables and ham:
Peel and grate the potatoes. Thinly slice the leek stalk.
In a separate bowl, combine the grated potatoes, leek slices, and chopped ham. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
Mix the ingredients:
Fold the potato mixture into the batter, making sure the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Assemble the cake:
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Spread it evenly.
Sprinkle the top with grated mozzarella cheese.
Bake :
Place in the oven and bake for about 40 to 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
Garnish and serve:
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with freshly chopped dill.
Cut into squares and serve warm.
