2. Water leak from the freezer compartment

In this case, check that an overload of food does not accidentally block ventilation of the freezer compartment. Another reason might be that you’re negligent when you close the freezer door. Believe it or not, a freezer door that is not properly sealed can leak if the freezer reaches melting temperatures. Check that the joints and seals on your door are not cracked or torn. If you find them, you will need to replace the joints. At the same time, you should also place the food in the freezer carefully.

3. 3. Check the drain
The de-icing drain is usually located at the back of a freezer and can be easily blocked due to a filled freezer. When this drain is plugged, the coils start working harder, which can lead to accumulation of condensation. This condensation will fall on the ground and form a puddle of water. To remedy this, rearrange your freezer so that the drain is no longer blocked. Then rinse warm water through the drain to remove obstructions.

4. Inspect the machine
The inlet tube that goes to the icemaker can also be a source of a refrigerator leak if it is plugged. First, unplug your refrigerator before removing the icemaker. To take a look, unscrew the screws, then unplug the bundle of cables. Take a hair dryer to melt the ice in the inlet tube until the water stops casting the tube.

If all of the above cannot resolve the leak, please call the technician for help
