Put a bag wrapped on the tap in the bathroom, so many people do it: here’s why

How to use citric acid instead of vinegar
To use citric acid, the same plastic bag technique is reproduced with vinegar, except that instead of vinegar, citric acid is used, dissolved in two glasses of water. In this case, 5 tablespoons of citric acid will be sufficient with the addition of a teaspoon of bicarbonate if you have one.

It is then attached to the tap of the bag and left to stand for hours or a full night. Eventually, a damp cloth has passed and the problem is solved once and for all. Similarly, you can try to whiten the bathtub, washbasin, bidet, shower and tiling, which tend to remain opaque due to water or limestone moisture and cannot become glossy again with any product. With citric acid and sodium bicarbonate or vinegar, the bathroom will be perfect again, as if it were new.
