Potato preparation:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
Cook the potatoes in plenty of salted water until tender (about 15 to 20 minutes).
Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly.

Mash the potatoes with a potato masher or fork until smooth.
Add the flour little by little and mix until smooth.
Form the balls:
Take a small amount of dough and form balls with your hands.

Fry:
Heat the seed oil in a pan until it reaches a temperature of about 170-180°C.
