7. Cayenne Pepper Capsaicin, the active ingredient in cayenne pepper, mildly irritates the skin when it comes into contact with it. When applied to your scalp, it will stimulate blood circulation and also increase hair growth.
Method 1 – Prepare a little olive oil (the equivalent of half a mustard glass) and 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder. – Heat the olive oil in a pan. – Add the chili powder, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. – Once the chili is well mixed, turn off the heat and let it cool. – Massage this oil well into your scalp and hair roots. – Leave it on for 3 hours to overnight with a shower cap. – Wash your hair with a mild shampoo.
Method #2 – Mix 1 teaspoon of chili powder with 2 teaspoons of olive oil. – Apply this mixture directly to the thinning areas of your scalp. – Leave it on for at least 5 minutes and rinse your hair with cold water.
