Instructions :
1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, mustard seeds, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper. Use your hands or a spoon to mix until well blended.
2. Shape the mixture into a log, then wrap it tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
3. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Unwrap the sausage log and place it on a baking sheet.
4. Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature of the sausage reaches 160°F (71°C).
5. Allow the sausage to cool before slicing and serving.
