Recipe for Braised Beef Ribs in Spicy Sauce

Return the pieces of meat to the pan and coat well with the sauce.

Deglaze with soy sauce and balsamic vinegar.

Pour in the beef broth, cover and simmer over low heat for 1.5 to 2 hours, until the meat is tender.

Finishing and serving:
Check the seasoning and adjust if necessary with salt and pepper.

Reduce the sauce if necessary by removing the lid a few minutes before the end of cooking.

Sprinkle with chopped chives or parsley before serving.
