Ringworm is one of the easiest diseases your dog can transmit to you through kissing. If ringworm bacteria are around his mouth and you kiss him, bam. Ringworm for you too.

Staphylococcus aureus is similar to MRSA. Similar bacteria (which can be found in Fido’s mouth) are involved, but these bacteria are not as resistant to treatment.
