Melt the butter in a saucepan on the stovetop or as usual.

Peel and cut the apples into small pieces and place them in a bowl.

Add the lemon and orange juice, sugar and mix.

Beat the egg on a plate and add it to the apples, add the flour with the yeast and the melted butter, mix well.

Pour everything into a 20 cm saucepan, add the almond flakes and bake in the oven at 180°C.

Bake for about 30 minutes, test with a toothpick before removing from the oven.
