Classic Choux Pastry with Cream Filling and Chocolate Glaze

Ingredients:

For the Choux Pastry:

      • 80g butter

     

        • 160g water

       

      • 1 tsp sugar
      • Pinch of salt
  • 120g all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs

For the Cream Filling:

      • 250 ml heavy cream (33% fat)

     

     

    • 140g cream cheese
    • 3 tbsp powdered sugar

For the Chocolate Glaze:

    • 100g chocolate
    • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
