Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 cup sugar

2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 egg, beaten

1 can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed (6 oz)

1/4 cup milk

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin pan or line it with cupcake liners.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Whisking lemonade, egg, milk, and oil.

3. Combine Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of the thawed lemonade concentrate, the beaten egg, milk, and vegetable oil.

Combining wet and dry ingredients.
