Directions:
Season the Chicken:
Coat chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt & pepper .
Sear the Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat .
Cook 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown & fully cooked.
Remove & set aside. Make the Creamy Sauce:
In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
Lower heat to medium & add heavy cream & chicken broth .
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted & smooth.
Add Tomatoes & Spinach:
Mix in sun-dried tomatoes & fresh spinach .
Simmer for 2-3 minutes until spinach wilts. Finish the Dish:
Return chicken breasts to the skillet.
Spoon creamy sauce over the chicken & simmer for 5 more minutes to soak up the flavors. Serve & Enjoy:
Garnish with fresh basil & serve hot!
