Instructions:

  1. Brown the Beef: In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned and no longer pink. Drain any excess fat if needed.

  2. Sauté Aromatics: Add the diced onion to the pot and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant.

  3. Add Vegetables: Mix in the green beans and carrots, stirring to combine with the beef and onions.

  4. Simmer the Soup: Pour in the diced tomatoes (with their juices) and beef broth. Stir in the dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper.

  5. Cook Until Tender: Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.

  6. Adjust Seasoning: Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed.

  7. Serve Warm: Ladle the soup into bowls and enjoy hot.

This hearty, low-carb hamburger soup is packed with flavor and makes a satisfying meal!
