8 oz cream cheese , softened
3 cups granulated sugar
6 large eggs , room temperature
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup whole milk , room temperature
1 cup chopped pecans , toasted
. For the Glaze (Optional):
1 cup powdered sugar
2–3 tablespoons milk or heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
