📝 Ingredients

For the Beef:

🥩 1 high-quality cut of beef (like tenderloin or sirloin)
🧂 Salt & black pepper, to taste
🥄 1 tbsp vegetable oil (for searing)

For the Tataki Sauce:

🍶 1 tbsp sake
🍚 2 tbsp rice vinegar
🧂 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
💧 2 tbsp water
🍋 Lemon or lime juice, to taste
🫚 Fresh ginger, grated, to taste
🧄 Fresh garlic, minced, to taste
⭐ Optional: Store-bought ponzu sauce with added ginger & garlic

For Garnish:

🌶️ Sliced hot peppers
🧅 Fried onions
🍋 Lime wedges
⚪ Sesame seeds
