How to Make Fermented Yeast & Rice
Ingredients:
. 1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)
. 1 teaspoon dry yeast or fermented rice yeast
. 1 cup warm water
. 1 teaspoon honey or sugar (optional, to activate fermentation)
Instructions:
1. Cook the Rice – Prepare the rice as usual and let it cool slightly.
2. Activate the Yeast – Mix yeast with warm water and honey/sugar. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
